We have several festivals a year like the Harvest Festival and May Faire. These festivals are a rich part of a Waldorf school’s life and they serve as both fundraisers and as community outreach. We can contribute the rest of the year as well in small but powerful ways – when polled, 98% of all gnomes agree, that this is THE easiest way to make extra money for our school.

Seed to Cup Tea Fundraiser
Sponsored by Davidson’s Organic Tea
100% of tea sales go directly to our school.
$10 a month or $90 for 9 months (September 2016 – May 2017)
Enjoy each month one 2oz. package of loose organic tea (serves 25-30 8oz. cups of tea)
Savor delicious organic tea – uniquely blended by the students at Nevada Sage Waldorf School…and help raise money to support our school’s fundraising goals. With the generous support from Davidson’s Organic Tea, each month our students will learn the origins of tea then package a unique tea blend to sell to family and friends on a monthly subscription…so it’s an educational experience for the children to learn about where tea comes from, create the tea blends, package it and sell it…seed to cup.
This site features Waldorf-friendly items from wooden dollhouses to silks and beeswax crayons. Again – a great way to purchase beautifully made items while the school receives a commission. Managed by NSWS parent Britney Murkovich, this Amazon store generates money for our school. 100% of the commission earned (which ranges from 6% – 12% depending on the product and quantity ordered) is donated to NSWS. And if you don’t see a particular product that should be there, contact email@example.com to let her know. She can get it added for you within minutes. SHOP BESTWALDORFTOYS.COM HERE
Go directly to AmazonSmile and when you shop, Amazon will donate 0.5% of the price of eligible purchases to our School. When you initially sign up, enter ‘Nevada Sage Waldorf School’ into the search box and choose ‘Desert Sage Educational Initiative’ as the beneficiary. AmazonSmile has the exact same products, prices and features as Amazon with the added benefit that you can support NSWS every time you shop – so be sure to bookmark it!
